PeterBredsdorff-Larsen is a former Professional Handball coach and HR-specialist.
In his career he won the European championship with the Danish national team twice as an assistant coach, the Danish championship twice with both AaB and BSHHandball and brought the Faroe Islands to the first ever Europeanchampionship.
Peter has always had a very inclusive and acknowledging approach and culture driven philosophy towards performance and success.
His angle on the topic of empowering Gen-Z will be the importance of accepting the individual differences, how it can be used as strengths that will help benefit the team and build culture.
Creating a sense of belonging and having a strong culture is not only a requirement fromGen-Z but also a key element of having a strong basis for performance and“winning”, Peter will tie the knot with how big of an impact the team has on success



Already as a 17-year-old, Mads Wedderkopstarted his business journey at SaaS Companies, where he quickly started to bean entrepreneur in his own fast-growing business.
In 2022 Mads became the CEO of DreamInfluencers, to guide and create close relationships between brands and influencers.



With his passion and innovative mind, Mikkel Malesa created in 2017 Dream Influencers, to help companies get closer to the right influencers.
His success and growth through the years was quickly discovered by other entrepreneurs, and in 2022 the company was acquired by Blazar Capital.
